As good a notion as any...

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a list of products that are currently being tested for certification through NIST? Specifically the FIPS 140-1 that we are all so anxious about?

You can get a current list of certified products at:
csrc.nist.gov

But have not been able to find any tests in progress sort of thing...

Swede ... I agree that the FIPS cert would make them a great buyout candidate!

Re the trademark issue, placing the initials TM after the brand STEALTH DRIVE does not get them any better trademark rights ... it simply puts a few extra folks on notice of their claim ... the best and most saleable trademark rights are obtained by Federal registrations ... they can e-mail me if they want more info ... if anyone would like a picture of HQ, I would be happy to put one up as a link ... I live quite close by ...
