Marvin, do you have a link to a site that shows the float? I guess I may be confused on the definition of 'float'.

My understanding is that the float is the total shares less those controlled by insiders. The listed institutional holdings are ~71%, and, from what I can tell, insiders hold ~7%, but that was tabulated from, I'm sure, an incomplete list. I don't think the institutional holdings are considered part of the float.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Marvin, I stand corrected regarding the float. Obviously, I didn't know what it was before, during or after the initial buy back, and am confused about it now.

18.8mm shares float out of 40.9mm total shares outstanding equates to ~46%. At the same time, MS Investor lists institutional ownership at 71.9%, but may be a trailing number (as of last Q). Oh, well, whatever the number turns out to be, they may buy another 3mm shares.
