I got out today (took a small loss) for the following reason: the market capitalization is now ~ $120 million (with 44M shares) -- which is huge for a company of 2 people and with the CEO owning half of the shares, with no disclosure as to the terms of their deals, how much cash they have, what are their assets, etc. (If anyone can correct me and provide the facts, I will gladly rescind my remarks).

Considering that the market cap a few months ago was about $440,000 to 1M (44M shares times .01 -.03 per share) I find it awefully difficult to hold a company with a market cap of 120M.
WHAT IS THEIR BOOK VALUE???
