I know they have, that's part of the huge overhead resisitance that is in the bond mkt right now. The british cause our 1929 stock collapse when their banks sold our stocks all into the final 1929 rally and created the top. I think the Japanese have done something similar. I still think the bond is going crash soon. The utilities don't break down the way they are if everything is a-OK Something (China?, Argentina?, Who knows what?) is going to happen this weekend besides the Super Bowl. Everything is too set up for it, for it not too happen.
