Especially when you consider that he sold it for a loss.

Btw, I always marvel at the way people say that they sold something for a "tax loss". True, they might have got the Government to share a part of their losses, but the fact is they also took the other part of the loss on themselves!

As for me, I would rather have the Government take a share of my profits than to have it take a share of my losses! :-)
