Mike & to all:
Was channel surfing a few minutes ago and caught a fabulous program on A&E's The New Explorers:

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM The New Explorers

Mystery of the Andes. Paleontologist John J. Flynn from Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History leads an international team of geologists and naturalists on an expedition into the Andes in an effort to unravel the mystery of how 32-million-year-old mammal fossils were embedded in rock thought to have formed 100 million years ago. [TV G]

I have emailed A&E to see when this will be repeated...I'll let you know!!!!

Was just a fantastic program on the Central Andes and these guys search for fossils, they really did an excellent job on describing the volvanic activity, which was remarkable form the report and showing the very mountanous terrain, awesome beauty get your VCR's ready It will be broadcast tomorrow a.m.: est
Sunday, January 31 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM The New Explorers

Mystery of the Andes.
