VANCOUVER, Jan. 29 /CNW/ - DiamondWorks Ltd. announced today that, at the company's request, the Toronto Stock Exchange halted trading in the company's shares effective today. In conjunction with the trading halt, DiamondWorks requested that the Ontario Securities Commission issue a temporary cease trade order in respect to the company's shares. The company wishes to announce that the Ontario Securities Commission has granted the company's request and issued a 15-day cease trade order on DiamondWorks shares effective today.
