since they have control of the company, 51% I know I've asked this before without answer, but I just cant resist. How can anyone possibly know if they have 51% or not? Does the SEC just take their word on in? Do we? Eric BTW: I know I said I wouldnt buy any more, but I just can't see all the good news and the low stock price and stick to my promise. I'm buying under .17 assuming I get the chance.

Mitchell, Many shareholders had called BNEZ and we were told the company won't give information because the AOL lawsuit. So I asked my attorney about that, if by BNEZ releasing information will help AOL. He said is not true. Same others times BNEZ used to say they don't give information because they are non reporting. DON'T BE THAT SURE ABOUT THAT EITHER. BNEZ WAS A SHAREHOLDERS COMPANY if not look at their PR of December 31, 1997. You never know what a Judge can do or said. My point here is only one: BNEZ must stop saying no info because AOL lawsuit or because they are non-reporting. I want no part of anything. First time I'm really having fun myself. Again, what I have (BNEZ shares) stay long turn and that's all. Also, I like to say I won't be part of ANY LAWSUIT AGAINST BNEZ, MKIIZ or any other company. Mitchell, the only thing I want you to understand is, we are no Judges. Anything is possible. The coin has two faces. Elio
