A couple of weeks ago if you were a shareholder you would have been rubbing your eyes with disbelief that this company could raise between $5 and $10 million dollars at $2/share. I suspect that you bought in recently at somewhere around this price?. There were rumours that the financing price would be above the market, but I guess the investors (who are taking down positions of $100, 000) wanted some sort of edge, and who can blame them? It's a risky game - the market would have said 'no' if the stock had closed under $2. My information is that there will be a lot of drilling sooner, rather than later. There is obviously no satisfying some folks? dd
