Mr M, Not all are here for the long haul. Some of the selling you see is those who only take a couple of hundred dollars a day and make a pretty good living at it. Two hundred a day is $4000 a month. Do you track your own capital gains on a monthly basis? How well are you doing? No answer required, just my thoughts on the mater. I play it both ways. I accumulate hopefully low and then at X point begin buying and selling for small gains. The other alternative is to accumulate and then sell half to regain my cost and sit with free shares. Go back over the last 10 trading days of most any stock and see what the possibilities are. Remember you can never loose by taking a profit. Have a great weekend. I am still here and invested. Jim
