Jock..your chat with Robert Sisson/LSI Investor Relations yielded some really useful nuggets -- which I will re-link here, in case some missed it: Message 7563728 The possibilities for the DCAM chip are particularly interesting, although the quarterly seemed to emphasize the "internet-related" aspects of LSI's efforts. Did you get a feel for how important storage is becoming for LSI? - I owned NTAP and STK, and was led to believe that the coming need for storage is enormous. Pardon my delay in response-- being out of pocket a couple of days again-- but wanted to respond to your excellent post, as it points to the kinds of things some of us have been owning LSI for (for quite some time, actually)...
