victor,

Thanks for your insight. You have reinforced my ultimate resolution to the same dilemma yesterday. (I have to admit, your $160 had me scratching my head for a minute.) I came very close to placing a DELL order yest. at $95 and change, but could not actually bring myself to pull the trigger. In retrospect, my reluctance makes me feel like a real genius this morning. There has just been too much "fast & loose" hype driving the momentum of this stock the past several days. I am looking for some degree of a momentum play, but the S.A. economic situation and its potential for a quick reversal has me uneasy.

In addition to my long holdings, I had a small trading position in CPQ, but finally took my profit yesterday. I originally planned to sell earlier in the $51/52 range, but deviated when the first look at earnings was so positive. What is it they say about "greed" in investing. Anyway, when I become more comfortable that CPQ is ready to make its next move, I will pick up a couple of thousand more shares to ride to the next stop.

Thanks again.
