TLC, it never ceases to amaze me how these guys insist on a hope a wish and a prayer in spite of the deluge of factual information suggesting otherwise. Now it dawns on me how holy rollers like Oral Roberts can become deca-millionaires.

TLC, Been looking over this (what is it 6 company?) scam. Have to agree 100% with your evaluation. Really reminds me of MTEI right after they were halted. If you want a good education in how halting effects a stock and how it will react if it ever trades again, go to the old MTEI thread and look backwards about 6 months to a year. The main thing that I learned from the MTEI scam is to avoid non-reporting BB stocks (is that the case here?. Also, sounds like your friend got caught investing in a floorless preferred. Go to Zeev Head's floorless thread for a good education on these beasts. Looks like the warning signs were probably there on this one - but one really has to go through the scam to see through the fog. That being said, I am currently in (in a small way) a non-reporting bb stock with a floorless vehicle - some of us never learn :o) Sorry to all those that got stung here. Eric
