Great, Jubimer. And if AXC's smart...

it will plaster its logo on the value add that enhances TVW's Web video. What we're looking for is the Dolby "DD" sort of thing.

Would love to see it on RNWK's RealPlayer, too.

Thanks for the roadmap, Jubimer. And I suspect there'll be a surprise or two.
One very consistent quality of AXC tech has been that it, while far from the cheapest,it has always been the best or among the best. Whatever they might unbundle bring to video delivery ought to be striking.
On the royalty front, I still have great hopes ( perhaps unfounded)
that AXC will have some patent participation in the new wave of digital VCRs. I think they will replace analogue someday as the machine of choice. People will still want their tape machines.
Karen did mention to Al, if I remember correctly, that AXC was intent upon operating their business as if the royalty stream did not exist ( not that they don't continue to work on trying to collect them.) I suspect they were very disheartened by the Mitsubishi trial.
She said the use of patents was much easier to hide in circuits nowadays. And yet there are still some very honest payers out there like Sony.
