Hey Big: A. Thanks for shorting PRFM. A little early again, eh?

When I invited you to short, I planned on you being part of the buying frenzy on Monday.

Sleep well.

And please put floyd back in his doghouse, he's starting to make me nauseous.

BTW: I have never seen Tokyo Joe hype a stock the way you guys do. Pretty Hypocritical.

Rande Is:

Great post....very soothing.

From what I have seen here is that the longs have been discussing their hopes based on press releases and facts; while the shorts have only been expressing opinions.

What Rande said is very true. We should just leave and come back Monday to see where everyone is and don't worry over the weekend. It is all out of our hands. I feel that in this case patience is a virtue and only time will tell. I withstood the pressure of selling today and we all will find out Monday.

I think that we all need to remain calm and if the shorts can discuss their positions calmly and produce a logical and factual point, then I will be willing to listen and participate.

Have a good weekend all and good luck.

Dean

Wasn't the CFO resignation old news. I know I read it somewhere before but I can't trace it back for some reason. Can you help me out.

With CNBC showing it's favorable inclination towards promoting PRFM - we should do QUITE well next week - in fact we may do VERY well - all in all these angry shorts may be the best thing that could happen to the stock next week....

Rande
Great call on PRFM. I bought in around 5 then some more around 8. I believe that if you buy a basket of little guys, all it takes is two of six to pop and you can be way ahead of the game.

The challenge I have here is when to sell PRFM. I think we all know that if this pulls a BAMM or SKYM and shoots to 30, 40 , or 50, its time to flip it and get out while the gettin's good. I believe it is highly unlikely this will have the sustained gravity of any first tier Internut. The key is how will it react early next week. None of us will know the answer till it happens. One thing for sure is that it will be volatile, lets hope in the up direction.

I've gotten very lucky in a few of these types of stocks, e.g. AWEB, SLEU, and XYBR buying near the bottom and getting out near the top. I've also been creamed by buying BAMM, BIKR and a few others I would like to forget about still thinking there was life left in them, catching them near the top and riding them down into the flames.

So where does PRFM sit in all this? If I and others get lucky, we witness a CNBC report or other media catch this, fan the flames, and see a huge pop. We can also witness a sell off, as I've seen a few other stocks I thought were "sure things" I've lost money on self-destruct. Going into Monday morning, if we see a huge rise before open, do you sell into the buying? Wait and see? Very tough call here. I'll probably take some profits if there is a big gapper and leave some ride. If it turns ugly, that may be even a tougher decision on what to do. I have no doubt there are a lot of shorts visiting this board to post and get people to sell. That said, I'm long, but I also know there are the risks. The last stock I made some money on before losing the rest was MLRE. That was my "sure thing" that self-destructed over the weekend awhile back. What's your plan for Monday open if there is a gap up or down?

Hal

p.s. I plan to do some "fishin" on your thread for other plays that may explode.

rande:

Excellent post. I agree that reading through 100 or so posts that say nothing except your company sucks, with no substantiation is pointless. I imagine that most longs have made a great deal of money so far on your prfm pick, and I appreciate your advice: Reading this board over the weekend would not be good for one's sanity. I am sorry to see such a wonderfull thread that you started ruined this way, but hopefully the pestilence will leave soon.

Admittedly, I am a novice investor. Was wondering if it was too late to jump in to PRFM? Based upon what I read, it sounds like it will pop next week. Your thought? Thanks Frankie

Hey Rande,

Just what point were you trying to make in this post(#978), "outing me" as a short seller? What's the big deal? I've never hidden the fact that I short stocks, particularly overvalued and overhyped stocks. Why do you seem to have a problem with that?

Have you ever shorted a stock?
