Not this is a rumor, I try to bring it all to you as I get it.

From YAHOO MESSAGE board

Just spoke to the president of the company...
by: trusteve 198 of 198
After speaking to the president of CGCOC, these are some areas we talked about;
1.On the halting;
Nasdaq has halted trading and sent a letter with six questions they would like answered.The questions have been answered. The first draft and a News Release will be forthcoming about it.
He went on to say that the Boston Exchange has not halted trading.

2.On the delisting;
It is true that they were about to be delisted on 2/10/99.In fact Nasdaq encouraged them to give a reverse split,and this is why they are going a different route with the company.To paraphrase Mr. Machulak, "Most companies that enter into a reverse split are doing a disservice to thier stockholders as most of the time it fails to help the company right itself."

3.On the Web Page;
They have been working on it for a long time and have many companies signed up. It is not something they dreamed up just recently.

4.Company has over $11,000,000 in gold reserves so stock should be trading in the $7-8.00 range.

Hope this helps,
Steve
