"MORE OF IT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE THAN IN THE PAST" msd

Hi Kemble:

I'll have you know I didn't buy another 800 shares today just to get a well 'rounded' portfolio of Dell .<g>

Do I get another T shirt or something? Just kiddin' you game me more than enough.

"Mohan, once again my sincere thanks...your articles on China have created such an excitement for me I think I may have to buy some shares of Scott Paper...my Kleenex bill is going up from all the drooling I do... :o)..."

Kemble, I heard around that Dell's FY99 revenue number is $23B, and $6.25B for Q4. By my calculation, using 7.7% margins (low) and 1.2B shares, earnings would be a little more than $0.39/share. That would be $0.08 ahead of consensus. The revenue numbers come from rumor, and I can't vouch for their accuracy.

Regards,

LONGonDELL
