VLAD: If what you are saying about A/Z being excited about selling muse in the USA, why wouldn't they launch Muse in Europe in order to gain favor with Vivus? I can understand that the merger maybe interfering somewhat, but business goes go on doesn't it? There not sitting, waiting, the CEO's still have a responsibility to the shareholders.
I believe this whole thing has become a "cat and muse..woops..mouse" game.
