No. People will want to hold cash, thus the bond market and therefore
the dollar may weaken considerably late this year. However, its a bit
complicated to discuss because the Fed now does 60-day repos, which
were established as a Fed Y2K preparation so banks could breathe easier if all the cash that's withdrawn late this year isn't redeposited immediately.
