Looks like the IFCI story was considered one of the top 10 stories - up there with Microsoft and Brazil

Let's see if I can complement your work. It appears the stock is in the final phase of completing a Head & Shoulders Bottom. The head is:4 7/8, both left and right shoulders are: 6, and the neckline is approx.: 9 1/2

Near term resistance is at 8 3/4 as you pointed out, but with today's volume (2,777,500,the highest daily volume in 8 months), coupled with a modest recommendation from a West Coast money manager,
and the TelCo's need for IFCI's services (1 stop shopping), I think we now have a shot at the all time high of 9 3/4.

If the stock can break through 9 3/4, the first price target would be
9 1/2 - 6 = 3 1/2 + 9 1/2 = 13, based upon the count from the shoulder to the neckline. The secondary target based on the head:
9 1/2 - 4 7/8 = 4 5/8 + 9 1/2 = 14 1/8.

Looks easy on paper, now if only the market will cooperate.
What do you think?

Best, Joe
