Oddly enough I agree with everyone concerning the periodic and/or recurring problems in the customer supply/service area. I don't have a recent encounter so all I can say is every time I've called I have been handled very courteously and properly. I have made purchases without delay. There should be no patience for any noncourteous or overbearing responses by personnel and dismissal should immediate. The customer is the life blood. The shareholders have been used as the beta test. We are the ones to respond with complaints and recommendations. We must hold the expected standard to them. Believe me, the home office does appreciate it. Complaints here do no good. They must be transfered to TSIG. TSIG expects and wants your input. If you have a problem, respond to them immediately and follow-up until satisfied. That is how corrections within the system are made and problems found. Do not expect extraordinary efforts with the old site. It won't happen. I know the bailing wire is coming loose. The new site is too close. There is a lot going on to improve every aspect of the organization. This is a very big month for our little company. It is getting ready to go for its first drive on the highway.

But I don't tell every one how pissed off I am about the status of the co.(By the way I am very happy with the service I have received). Tell the Co. not us we can't fix anything. And I thought DitchDigger was bad..you bitches do more to harm the Co. than Ditch. I would welcome him at this point because atleast you know what his motive is.
