SEge - This stock was $.40 10 trading days ago and they raise potentially $10MM at $2 - I am with you - This is a great deal and will ensure that the stock will not drift much lower than the 1.180 mark - No guarentees but I like it and I suspect we will continue to see heavy volume relative to the volume of a few eeks ago - Heavy on Monday - 1MM plus and then it should taper off until they can announce some drilling plans and progress on that road.

If folks dont like the deal they can sell it down - I know some people who will be willing to take em off their hands.

Good luck to all.

Further to my last post, let's remember that the first part of this deal is in the form of a "bought deal". FM will buy the stock at $2 with its own money. They can hold the stock in their own account or attempt to sell it to the public at a higher price. The second part of the deal is an attempt to place on a "best efforts" basis, the remaining half of the warrants. Nuinsco is guaranteed a minimum of $5 million or more depending on how well FM's efforts are at finding buyers for the "best efforts" warrants.

I'm not suggesting it's a bad deal, Serge. It probably is a good deal for Nuinsco and I'm sure the best they could get. The $2.00 price also sounds about reasonable.

Let's be blunt. I'd have more confidence in this play if one of the majors, as rumored, had stepped in. There absence is not necessarily a negative. It could well be that Nuinsco didn't want their participation. However, from my position as a minor shareholder, I'd have viewed such participation as at least an educated endorsement.

Regarding my position with this stock, again you're surmise is right. I sold - not today but yesterday and took a profit. I expect I'll probably buy back in when and if the risk/reward looks right. We'll see.

Meanwhile, I don't think you should expect only mindless enthusiasm from posters on this thread, Serge. I came close to being flamed last weekend for even suggesting Nuinsco would seek additional financing. Shortly after, Claude Cormier was flamed for a valid, well researched offering.

Anyway, Good Luck, Serge.
