Joe: I don't know if this is a scam or not but I find it hard to believe that they put out this release with no intention of doing anything they said. If they aren't planning on doing what they said then it is outright fraud and they have to know that they will be hit with a ton of lawsuits and then delisted. I don't know which way this thing will go but if they are doing what they said and really plan on getting onto the Net then this will fly and the halt will help them. They will put out a press release of their answers to the questions by the NASDAQ and the stock will fly because of it. You assume it's a scam based on what you know about the company but that is very little. You really have no idea if they are really doing the website stuff. Let's see what happens when it opens.

Joe, I see your point..But... Doesn't it stand to reason that they have seen delisting coming for quite a while, used some stock offering (like itec did to dealseekers developers)to have a new site (portal, if you will) to become a part owner of a new & growing company in a skyrocketing industry. I'm sure in the back of their minds is even a spinoff (obviously this is years away). Either they were smart enough a while back to get this rolling, or these are the absolute dumbest damn business people on the planet. of course the NASDAQ is going to investigate immediately ( and the company, of course, knew they would be). If CGCOC has half a brain, then there will be nice response to show a little proof & voile-runup. If it tanks i'm out $1000, if not i may go get a jet ski.
