In my opinion, the internet and especially SI is the essence of what humanity should be: evaluation of a person based on their thoughts and ideas, not looks or other subjective human measures. Appreciating other's thoughts, helping others, sharing your strengths and admitting your weaknesses in order to improve yourself, etc... is what the internet has become for me and many others. Occasionally there are "spelling wars" and other ridiculous things, but there is more positive interaction than negative. I personally watch many threads and interact but I don't necessarily buy the stocks. I post NR's on those threads, and interact just to learn of other people's experiences. I have learned so much from others on the net, and enjoy it thoroughly. I don't need to wonder what people look like, because to me it is truly irrelevant, as the person's ideas are what's important. Perhaps the total global interaction of people that will never meet, will cause a change in the nature of humanity for the better. Regards, Wisam
