the motion originally was two-fold What "motion"? The result, and the only result of the 2 October hearing was the injunction. the other part being for andy mann to 'show cause' why the stock should not be returned. I very much doubt that. The injunction as signed was written and approved by the defense attorneys. Who's feeding you this NEW BS, Spidey? But it's okay, okay: you're SAFE, right? Nobody's gonna MAKE you face up to facts. By that I mean ACTUAL facts, provable, documentable, lolololol.
