To all:

This is great news. It probably won't result in one of those amazing surges such as the internet portals have shown but, with the other recent developments, it should get us above $1 and back to NASD listing after the requisite period and it shows, again, the vision of the forward looking management and their commitment to making things happen.

I just wish Keith Campbell would change his first name or provide a nickname to be used in place of his first name.

Off course, paul, if the online news results in a surge then we once again will get to enjoy "The Mouse that Roared."

Well things are looking better and better. CBS MarketWatch has picked up the Paracelsian-NCN online story with a very positive and stimulating comment on it, including, as well, the deal with Barnes and Noble. The Paracelsian coverage also occupies the lead position into the story on companies with new internet initiatives!!

Hey, Paul!

I don't know if I can make the stockholders meeting or not this year. It depends where it's being held. Mid May is one of the busiest times of the year for me at work and I don't know if I would be able to take time off to fly into NYC. I will definitely be there if they hold it in Ithaca, though. Two years ago you were going to spring for dinner for all of us if the stock hit $4. Is the offer still open if you can make the meeting this time?
