...It is certainly better to be a KRT creditor than a KRT shareholder and it would be really interesting to know who the creditors are or were!!!!

forgive my impertinence, but tell me, in the case of someone who has no money, no assets (other than perceived) I don't really see any advantage to being one or the other. Perhaps I'm missing something or misunderstood the comment.!

The Vancouver Stock Exchange has approved the issuance of 426,667 non-transferable warrants convertible into common shares of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of sixteen (16) months to Camvest Holdings Ltd. (Campbell D. Gardiner, as to 320,000 warrants) and David H. Stone (as to 106,667 warrants) pursuant to a loan arrangement of June 1997. The issuance is in consideration of a non-interest bearing loan in the amount of $160,000.
