All: Just got off the phone with Anthony@Pacific. You might be surprised that he is a rather genuine sounding, nice guy. We spoke for about 30 minutes about this and that. Firstly, let me say that I definitely respect his knowledge and opinions. He stated that he does genuinely care about people and that unfortunately, his training and past experience has led to him to not come off as a people person. I think that he would really rather prefer to, but by training, he has a hard time. He made some very good points about PRFM. And let me tell you that his position was taken because he saw the stock churning at 13-13 1/2 with heavy, increased buys with no upticking..... a bad sign. He feels that this stock is done because of the narrowing window of announced internet plans and "buy the rumor, sell the news" action. He feels that people are selling sooner. The CFO resignation, being a surprise to everyone, just furthered his position that this issue is going down on Monday. Although he did say that it could gap, he feels that if it does, it won't be for long. I still feel that this issue is in play depending on the type of news and agreements that come out over the weekend and on Monday. I believe we will still see a gap but the CFO news will not help the situation. Still, many new buyers will be watching and buying on Monday. I do not have my exit strategy planned as of yet, and will make a determination as the news comes out. Just thought I would post to you about Anthony so that you have a better understanding of where he is coming from. I did suggest that if he were to attempt a better delivery method, he could be a tremendous asset to SI. His experience and knowledge are not in question, his delivery is.
