Hi Wayne...what clue?

Isn't it 20% foreign content for RSP's - which is a crime in itself. Adding some mutual funds that are 'Canadian' - which have foreign content (but not too much) - can push that number up to the mid-30's. That's if you like the funds.

I would love to add some more DELL, CSCO, WCOM, LU, GPS... to my RSP.

Can you load up on US stocks and get around the 20% rule - would love to know if you can.
