Joe - I appreciate your post in wanting to warn everyone about CGCOC. However, instead - you managed to panic everyone with an alarmist post on old news. I am sure your intentions were honorable.

As per the accurate information, The stock had been halted in after hours on Thursday and it was lifted and trading was resumed on Friday. Obviously, the questions were answered satisfactorily and Friday's trading was normal -- all is well!! See below:

WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Nasdaq Stock Market(SM) announced that trading was halted in Commerce Group Corporation (Nasdaq: CGCOC - news) on Thursday, January 28, 1999, at 4:28 p.m. for ''additional information requested'' from the company. Trading will remain halted until Commerce Group Corp. has fully satisfied Nasdaq's request for additional information

By the way, you will note that at the top of the page (see link below) it shows that a correction had been made - obviously it was the date.
