yes- that is why I am way over-weighted in oil. It may not be the bottom, but it sure looks like a bottom. I think the risk is worth it.

Hi Beebs,
Just looking at the P&F chart for the OEX and it pretty much confirms that it is one box from a triple bottom. Sector still far from healthy, but doesn't look bad for a bottom fish.
