Mark Denton, using his rubber stamp dated his granting of the motion of Nov. 20th (same day it was filed by clerk) and JJ made the proclamation on 9 Nov, the date of the hearing. Judges grant motions on the dates they sign them, not on the date the hearing was filed unless they are done concurrently, and that was obviously not the case, or the Judge would have used his rubber stamp on 7 Nov, not 20 Nov. << We might as well talk about other stuff while we're waiting for the Spideyspin. >> That's okay ...
