Honorable people make honorable deals. Time should be given to prove up the true reserves and then a fair deal made for this part of the property. The remainder should rest with ARP. If the whole company is taken over the price should reflect the tremendous potential of the rest of the property.

I am sure that management is considering or is acting upon that suggestion under advisement of their solicitors. If it can be done I am sure they are on it.
