it seems to make sense that there was a lot of insider selling in the last few days, as there would be an attempt to keep the stock down to do the pp. I would heavily bet that the insiders take a very healthy chunk of that pp, thus the stock they sold for 2.25 , they can have back for 2. The placement is definately for canadians as they wouldn't have requested flow through. now that you have the pressure of insider selling off, i think you might see the stock drift higher, though not much can happen until the financing closes. imagine if this was 3 years ago. this stock would be 20-30 bucks!
