Well

For what it is worth...don't be surprised if they surprise...!!

First call is $.35...others say $.36...whispers say $.38

I lose track of the quarters....33...34...whatever that they beat First Call
by $.01....but JMO....they may have to go beyond that
this quarter. Front end to back end revenue has got to be getting
crowded. In otherwords, they had a great 1st quarter and perhaps
a better 2nd quarter. They can only hold that + $.01 so long.
Eventually they will have to exceed......Again...JMO...

Actually that phrase is meaningful because it emphasizes how remote a "surprise" (especially negative) would be from Cisco. Such use is common in financial argot.

And elsewhere, with a twist. When I was at Northwestern the rallying cry for the Wildcats, plastered on banners and bumper stickers, was "Expect the Unexpected".

Believe me, nothing was expected and there were no surprises.
