Jon, thanks for the very informative posts. I don't consider the means of delivery and the capabilities of each as being totally off topic. My only reason for pointing out that I hadn't limited it to ads was because what is on topic - ZuluGroup - now includes more than ads. For example, technology can play an important role in the success and failure of e-commerce. It seems that we are assuming that "TV Quality" implies non-static images (?) - which of course, brings us back to the definition - yours, mine and ours and theirs! LOL I believe it was Aleta who pointed out that when "shopping" at BFL even the static images were not that great. Is it not true that even the quality of static images is somewhat limited by the means of delivery, if only because of the speed and therefore the time required to deliver the image? In any event, clearly defined moving images could certainly improve the appeal of on-line shopping. As I was reading your explanations, I realized that Pseudo Programs could in fact be using AVI's because I noticed that the programs were all quit short, around 4 minutes. I am unable to view any of the programs because of some problem I am currently having with my own computer system. Thanks again for the information. Bill
