Jeffrey, when was the suit originally filed?

When was the company originally contacted and notified of the potential suit?

Should it have been included in the filings to the SEC?

"....Hey Dave, did Spidey tell you about the Nextech lawsuit against AZNT?
Did he tell you the judge issued a summary judgment last week in favor
of Nextech? No, you say. Well, why not?..."

you are such a dunce guy. it has been addressed on this thread many times. 'nextech' = charles krisfelusi
1) aznt has filed this case against nextech
2) it is my understanding that there has yet to be a hearing & that the matter is in preliminary stage
3) there could have been no "summary judgements" as you tell shareholders since there has been no hearing
4) the matter pertains , as i recall, to the 224k shares of 144 of charlies & his attorney's tifers insistent demand ta lift legends on that stock before the restriction expired. i believe nextech counter sues also but i do not know why.

to say this has not been addressed here is false. what can be better said is you & tonto appear to have stumbled upon some information you do not have the knowledge to discern. so like good bashers you attempt to make it fit your purpose here, to affect the aznt market.
