Michael,

If you are holding NITE ST/IT or even over the weekend you need to know that the MM's today grabbed my shares at 45 3/4... Time/sales history does not show any trade late in the day for 45 3/4 and I know for a fact they had to churn up 1/2 point just to get to me. This really surprised me since I intended to hold those shares over the weekend, thus the lofty asking price of 45 3/4 with 15 min to go when the stock was going at 44 3/4. This only happened to me once before and if I remember right that stock went screaming way up... it's in high demand apparently.

Now the foll link kind of confuses the actual experience I had today:

I trade with Waterhouse, 12% owner of NITE... above article says they are non-committal...

If you can piece this puzzle maybe you can share it with us... all I know is that the MM's grabbed my NITE shares... jumping 1/2 to get to it.

Happy weekend,
SF
