Saeed .. The company and the PR firm, KCSA, has repeatedly said that the website would be operational February 1. That's obviously not a guarantee, but that's the best we have to go on.

I would like to comment on the SEC fining of Anthony. This has been hashed and rehashed to death over on his thread. Anthony has been very forthright and up front about what happened and has provided detailed explanations about the circumstances that led up to this story. There are definitely two sides to this story, but I won't bore you with the details - you can go to his thread if you're really interested.

First, let me say this - I am long PRFM - I bought on Wednesday and will probably hold until at least Tuesday and then make a decision as to what to do. I have followed Anthony's thread since he started it - mainly as a lurker - because I wanted to learn the ins and outs of shorting stocks - I still haven't shorted one yet. His track record has been very good, but he has had some hiccups. Three that I can remember are the following - I'm not positive on the exact numbers, but the ones I'm using are in the ballpark. NITE: shorted at 23, went to 45; SKYM: shorted at 28, went to 50(?); IMON: shorted at 7, went to 15. With NITE, he covered at 28?. With SKYM, he covered at 34, and then reshorted at 50 and made a killing. With IMON, he eventually made money, because it went to 4 or 5. Now, he can afford to sweat it out because he has staying power, but how many of us have that sort of nerve or staying power. He does tell people to start a position off with 25% or 50% of the ultimate holding, but I know that I would be gagging if I watched a stock go from 7 to 15 because I would be petrified it would keep going to 20, 30 etc.

What I'm trying to do is to present a balanced view of what he's all about. He has made some great calls and I will continue to follow him - some day, I might just get up the nerve to short one of his picks. But he's not infallible and I think he's premature in his shorting of PRFM.
