Jon - Big losses are just waiting for all of us if we make a wrong move. Luckily, for me my cost basis is around 10 so any potential loss would not be excessive.

I must say I am a little confused as to what you would have doubts about me on though. Know that you can always questions anything I say or do and you will get an honest, and objective response.

As far as putting too many eggs in one basket, I think it is relative to each person what constitutes "too many eggs" or shares. In my case what I am trying to do is not get carried away looking for the big kill. I am trying to limit my share amounts to 3000 shares until after I have gauged the direction of the issue. I will then add or subtract appropriately. But usually what I do in this case is purchase 1000-2000 immediately, if it gets stronger, add another 1000, and.... at most, another 1000 to end up with 4000. In my mind I don't want to own more than 5000 shares of any fast mover.

It is just not worth it to me to have more than 5k shares riding on the random events that can affect stocks. I decided to make my money a little at a time, it is safer, and much less risky.

But again, as a general rule ..... you will not see me with more than 3000 shares of a fast mover unless it appears very strong and has a good story. The only ones that have qualified recently are NAVR and PRFM.

Hope this helps.

TJ

Jon K,
Personally I think PRFM will gap up Monday morning, however Anthony thinks differently and he has totally blown my mind with the accuracy of his predictions recently. However, again I think the stock will gap up Monday morning. Good luck and may we all roll in the mula!
