I will repost this again from the EUTO web site. Please pay attention to item #3,#4 and #5 2. An increase in authorized capital of any company must be approved by the Secretary of State, Corporation Division, Securities Department. 3. The fact that the authorization is increased, or decreased, by a company does not change the 'Float'. 4. No shares can be issued for sale to the public without approval from the SEC. 5. Even though additional shares may be issued for acquisition of assets, these shares will be restricted according to SEC Rule 144, unless exempt from SEC Registration.
