With all due respect to many of you, here is why I voted in favor of all directors and in favor of the options plan. My personal opinion is this thread is placing too much significance on Tava's IR/PR problems. By a factor of 100, I would rather own a company that is by most indications running smoothly from an operational standpoint and struggling with IR/PR than vice-versa. As for the reporting issues to the SEC, in my opinion Tava deserves all the criticism its gotten. This wasn't impressive to say the least. However, in the year I've been a Topro/Tava shareholder, business opportunities have expanded geometrically, the balance sheet has improved significantly, and improved financial reporting systems appear to have been put in place. That's a successful management year in my book. I would like to keep the present management in place and feel the additional options will help retain key employees. Would I like to see IR/PR improved? Absolutely. Do I think it will be improved over the next 12 months? In a word, yes. In short, I am willing to give management some additional time before grabbing my broom. In my opinion, they have earned it. Chris
