Tomato Man, it is time to let it ripen in the sun and take a big juicy bite out of those profits when it hits .50. Could all of these rumors be just rumors? Yes, very possible. Look at GMCH, it was trading at .02 when the rumor got started about a possible buy out of Starbucks and went as high as .80. Then, come to find out the rumor was false. Still waiting on the official word from the company because they are suppose to have big news on the way in the form of some kind of franchising. The Apple Rumor of Steve Jobs coming back on board as the APPLE CEO was one of the hottest rumors going on Wall Street last year and no one, absolutely no one, could confirm it and even Steve Jobs himself denied it. Here, we all don't have much to go on, but what JM has been relaying to thread. I am not saying that JM's quotes are are the quotes of someone who is in the know, but I believe JM's quotes are of one who has been able to do the needed DD that we are all in search of finding one day. I have called the office numerous times and still have not gotten a call back from the company. I will continue to call on a daily basis til I do. I will not sell my position til I see or hear something from the company. I will add more to my position if it dips below .04 and add more if it continues to dip because if everything has been delayed for 30 more days, we will have some impatient investors who will go elsewhere for the quick pop. 9 times out of 10, these BK hearings that continue to be delayed or postponed are usually a positive sign that the company is seeking additional funding, being bought out or have reorganized to the benefit of the shareholder. The negative aspect of it all; the company could go private and our money would be worthless or a lot less than what we paid for it. The company could do another reverse split which would make our money worth less depending upon how they do the reverse split and what kind of reorganization plan they have in mind Is it worth risk at these levels? I, personally wouldn't throw my life savings into the pot, but I would throw some money into it that I could afford to lose and that is what I have done. Don't ask me where your comfort level come's in when you think; should I or should I not, cause, I don't want you to blame me for your investment decisions.
