OK, all, We remember the Government was quick to react when Nomura manipulated the copper market. Around a year ago, the SEC was quick to react when it was thought Buffet and others were attempting to corner the silver market. so, may it be judged that it is OK from these actions (and the lack of actions against LTCM) it is accepable to profit from manipulation of a price lower, while wrong when the price goes higher? Just what are the rules???? Or does it just matter who and how big you are. Maybe we should go buy a Nobel Prize in economics for one of us.
