Donald, people are just waiting until the next dip. From my understanding a lot of people missed the last major dip. IMO, the next major dip will occur around mid to end March as people start selling to pay their tax bills. The money will then flow in from the sidelines. In the meantime, those of us who didn't miss buying in will fear a bear trap and sell. In the meantime, the second half of the year is when 401K money flow slows. Compound this with Y2K fears and year end tax selling, we may very well end with a down year.
