The BCSC has not reported anything significant in months. I don't see any insider selling here.

Hi Ari, If you belong to Stockwatch you can go to the Menu and hit the link for "Insider Trading Search." Scroll down and under the heading "Lookup by Company Name", insert Maracote. This will bring up a link with the company name and you hit that and all the insiders and their transactions will appear. Note at the top of the page there is a link for "Explanation of Codes."Scroll down and you will see the code tables for the type of transaction. Every transaction has a code and type of transaction beside it, so by going to the Explanation you will know what type it was.

The 7000 that Brian posted is an amended report. This type of transaction is always preceded by an asterisk * Here is Stockwatch's explanation for this kind of transaction:

"Note: Insider holdings of securities and changes of holdings may be reported more than once. For example, where securities of a reporting issuer are held through a holding company that is an insider of the reporting issuer, 100% of the holding company's holdings or changes in its holdings must be reported by each person exercising control or direction over the securities through the holding company."

For the very latest, which is usually a delay of one month, as the regulations say they must report their insider trading within a month, then you go to the VSE site and they will give you any trades that may not be updated on the above site. Stockwatch is pretty good at keeping their site updated, though.

Hope this helps. I've been watching this stock as I think it has potential, if they continue to get the type of results like the last holes. I've also been looking at Ulysses, their partner, which I note has a new site on SI. Cheap stock, and it shares in any bounty they may find. Probably needs a rollback, but has possibilities once they can get their share structure tidied up. Another consideration is that they would be a good buy-out candidate by Nellie, Chet and Co.

Cheers

Shirley
