I can assure you that CMOZ has reversed course and is headed back down from here. After such a staggering gain over the last few weeks it would not surprise me the least to see CMOZ below $1 at some point this week. This is a classic sell on the news play. Now that CMOZ has turned down you will see a rash of selling next week as many try to hold onto their gains. There are many in well below $1 that will sell now at any point down to where they got in.
To think that Fridays action was the end of the selling is just plain unrealistic. It was only the beginning of the selling stage. Consolidation is unlikely to start until the selling is done and shorts decide to cover at some equal ground likely at or around the 0.75 to $1 range.
We now have a psychological shift here in which we have anxious longs trying to sell combined with a lack of buyers.New potential buyers will now wait on the sidelines for the smoke to clear(no point in trying to catch a falling knife). The only buyers now will be shorts covering their positions and they will dictate the bottom of this drop according to their own profit goals.
