Do you mean they can't help acting like grasshoppers and by analogy those in society who take(consume) more than they give(produce) can't help it because they are takers?

DD - Do you actually know any welfare recipients? Have you ever spent any time doing volunteer work with the poor?

Do you think people who habitually drink and take drugs should be supported by the government (taxpayers)?

Do you think it's a good idea for the government to offer welfare to young girls if they'll just get themselves pregnant?
