I heard a story once that I'm not sure is true, but Warren Buffet asked his Master's students to write a report on the valuation of internet stocks. Anyone who handed in a paper, failed the course. Point is that they are truly an enigma and valuations are determined by the market. As the article states it is increased revenue that it important. One would think however, that the articles use of Market Capitalization relative to market share is an odd measure. The reason is that market capitalization has more to do with demand for the shares and the exchange it trades on, rather than a fair value. Regards, Wisam
