It did sound like a desperate attempt to say something positive. The problem is that what matters is "getting" the deal; neither evaluating submitting a proposal nor actually submitting a proposal is worth a fig. A lot of the hype on the stock was always based on maybe. I guess they figure if maybe worked before it will work again. Just speaking from hard won cynicism, now. :)

Headline: NYSE says it suspends Comprehensive Care (NYSE:CMP)

======================================================================
NEW YORK, Feb 5 (Reuters) - The New York Stock Exchange
said Friday it would suspend trading of Comprehensive Care
Corp. because the company does not meet the NYSE's listing
criteria.
Comprehensive Care, which operates behavioral health
programs for managed care organizations and government
agencies, said it would attempt to remain on the exchange but
would also explore other options, including strategic
combinations. The company, covering 1.5 million healthcare
organization members and Medicaid recipients, has a network of
about 15,000 practitioners.
The company will be suspended from the exchange prior to
the opening of the market on Feb. 19.
